A Noble Endeavor

Field has a few teeth coming in and has been sick so we waited to give him his chocolate bunny until today. He loved it (not the whole thing of course) and after every few bites held it out to share with either Whit or I.

What a blessing my new little family is!

This is Field's buddy Max who was born just 3 days after Field. His parents Anne & Nick are some of our very best friends and we are so glad our boys will grow up together!

He had been helping us fold his clothes but apparently he got bored. He pushed the diaper box until it stopped at the changing table then climbed it to explore the shelf. We just sat there and laughed until he bonked his head reaching for something towards the back of the shelf and got upset. What a trip!!!

And the only thing that has made him happy today is the empty bags in the corner. Oh yeah, the cooler and water bottle are awesome too.

Field is SO wiggly during diaper changes we have had to get creative entertaining him. He has a glowing egg shaped thermometer (changes colors based on the temp for quick reference) that entertains him... For now at least!

Don't worry, we were parked so I had the seat turned towards me to play with him. He likes this seat so much better! He had not yet reached the weight limit, but he was pushing the height limit, so we went ahead and switched. Even though the Orbit car seats were pretty pricy, in our opinion we got everything we paid for.

He laughs every time one of them jumps up to get the toy I was throwing. He's got a laugh like his mama- loud and whole hearted.
